Roy Sharma qualified as a solicitor in the United Kingdom and has been in practice for the past 25 years. After qualification, he worked in the North West of England, where he initially worked in a general practice, and then with a large law firm which represented insurance companies. He has been practising in Gibraltar since 2004 and works with a number of colleagues in a local law firm.
He practices primarily in the fields of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Medical Negligence, Employment Law, and Private Client, Corporate Law, and Wills and Probate. He also assists new arrivals in applying for residence in Gibraltar.
He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury lawyers and also has a diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners which covered all aspects of Trust and Company management as well as investment and management of trust funds, International Tax, Anti-money-laundering and Compliance.
He has also acted as a director of a large trust and company provider.
He is a member of the Lawyer’s Christian Fellowship, based out of the United Kingdom.
